Micromax YU Yuphoria

YU Televentures Ltd. (a subsidiary of Micromax) recently launched its second smartphone, dubbed as Yuphoria in India. Priced at ₹6,999 only, the new smartphone will be available exclusively on Amazon.in from 28th May 2015. However, You can register for the phone now.

The YU Yuphoria has some outstanding specifications for its users to get a better performance from this smartphone.

• Display : 5-inch HD display (720 x 1280) with Gorilla Glass 3.

• Camera : 8 megapixel rear camera with 5 megapixel front camera.

• Processor & OS : 1.2 GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Quad-Core processor paired with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop based on Cyanogen OS 12.

• Connectivity : 4G connectivity with Dual Sim & Wi-fi.

• Storage & Battery : The Yuphoria has an internal storage space of 16 GB inbuild and expandable upto 32GB. Packed with a 2230 mAh battery, the phone is claimed to offer 8 hours of music playback, 7 hours of talk time and 160 hours of standby. According to Yu, the Yuphoria can charge from 0 to 65% in under 45 minutes.
